I provide virtual and in-person therapy for teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenthood. I work from a real-talk, relational approach rooted in safety and self-awareness.

Reflective Disco is a creative mental health brand by Keelei Magar, LCSW. It combines therapeutic insight with expressive, colorful design to help teens, adults, and professionals feel seen, supported, and a little more sparkly through therapy, workbooks, wall art, and emotional cryptids.

Q: Is Reflective Disco a therapy practice or a shop?

Currently, Reflective Disco runs a digital shop full of printable resources, workbooks, and wall art for mental health pros, parents, and anyone doing the emotional work. Keelei also offers 1:1 therapy for clients throughout Michigan through Concepts in Counseling.

Q: What kind of digital products do you sell?

My shop features printable workbooks, therapy office wall art, free worksheets, and my original “Emotional Cryptids” which are all creative tools designed to help people explore their feelings in a grounded, whimsical way.

Q: Are your resources only for therapists?

Nope! My resources are designed for therapists, parents, educators, and anyone doing the work of healing. Whether you’re in therapy, supporting others, or just navigating tough feelings, these tools are for you.

Q: Do you offer physical products?
