About Keelei:

Therapist. Consultant. Disco-hearted guide for sensitive humans.

When you’ve lived under gaslighting, overwhelm, or unanswered questions about “why me?”, it’s easy to feel lost, broken, or unseen.

Hi, I’m Keelei Magar, LMSW.

I am a Michigan-based therapist and the creative mind behind Reflective Disco. My work is equal parts heart, science, and sparkle. I specialize in supporting narcissistic abuse survivors, trauma-impacted people, and neurodivergent teens & adults who feel stuck in cycles of shame, guilt, burnout, or confusion. My work blends somatic awareness, relational healing, creative expression, and real-world tools — because we don’t heal through talk alone.

Through telehealth therapy, I work with Michigan residents, specifically focusing on teens, young adults, and parents who are seeking a safe, down-to-earth space to process anxiety, trauma, or big life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based tools with a lot of real talk, so you can move from surviving to actually living.

Not in Michigan? I also offer consultations for parents, caregivers, and neurodivergent adults across the U.S. These are coaching-style sessions — not therapy — designed to give you practical strategies, advocacy tools, and a judgment-free place to figure things out.

As a therapist, mom, and creative, I know how heavy life can feel when you’ve always been the strong one, the fixer, or the one carrying invisible wounds. My mission is to remind you: you’re not too much, and you don’t have to do this alone.

When I’m not in session or creating resources, you’ll find me wrangling my two kids, drinking way too much coffee, or doodling new “emotional cryptids” for my Reflective Disco shop.

A collage featuring three photos of a woman with tattoos and glasses, with a purple background decorated with a flower, a paper airplane, and handwritten text. The woman is shown relaxing outdoors and smiling in the photos. Text says: "I didn't become a therapist because I had all the answers. I became the therapist I needed..." and "Kelei" is written at the bottom.
