30-min Q&A $65
A focused 30-minute session to quickly get clarity on your current concern — whether that’s parenting challenges, navigating neurodivergence, or managing stress. Best for when you want direction, quick answers, and a few next steps to move forward.
60-min Q&A $130
A full 60-minute session to dig deeper into what’s going on. We’ll have more space to explore the roots of your challenges — from school system stress to daily executive function struggles — and create personalized strategies and resources you can start using right away.
1 Hour Toolkit $200
We’ll spend a focused 60 minutes together clarifying your biggest challenges, and then you’ll receive a curated bundle of 5–7 personalized resources made specifically for your situation. That might include worksheets, strategy guides, communication scripts, reflection prompts, or advocacy tools — all designed to help you actually do the thing, not just think about it.
👉 Ideal if you’ve ever said: “I know what the problem is, but I don’t know how to fix it or where to start.”
4-Session Toolkit $700
One session can bring clarity — but real change often takes time. With four sessions, we can keep building momentum:
Session 1: Clarify your biggest struggles and immediate needs.
Session 2: Add strategies and test what works in your real life.
Session 3: Refine and layer in new tools based on what’s working (and what’s not).
Session 4: Pull everything together into a personalized toolkit you can keep using long after our sessions.
👉 Best for when you need more than a one-time plan — you want support while you practice and adjust in real time.
8-Session Toolkit $1,390
Lasting change happens with consistency. Across eight sessions, we’ll move from “just getting by” to building confidence in handling challenges as they come. Together we will:
Identify patterns and pain points across weeks (not just in one snapshot).
Introduce strategies at a pace that feels doable, not overwhelming.
Layer skills and tools over time so they stick.
Create a robust, fully personalized toolkit to guide you forward.
👉 Best if you know you’ll need ongoing support, accountability, and space to keep building skills and strategies without starting from scratch each time.

FAQs
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy focuses on treating mental health symptoms through an ongoing therapeutic relationship. Consultations, on the other hand, are short-term and solution-focused. They’re designed to give practical tools, guidance, and strategies to better support the needs in the home, in the community and at school. These sessions are educational and supportive, not therapy.
Do you take insurance?
No — consultations are private pay only. This means no paperwork, red tape, or limits from insurance companies. Pricing is transparent and upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I schedule this for my child?
No — these consultations are designed for parents and adults, not minors. If you’re a parent, we’ll focus on giving you the tools and strategies to support your child effectively.
How do sessions work?
All sessions are held online through a private and secure platform. Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link to join. On the day of your appointment, you simply click the link to connect with me in a live video session — no downloads or special tech required.
What’s included in a toolkit?
A Toolkit is a personalized bundle of 5–7 resources I create specifically for you after your consultation. It may include worksheets, reflection prompts, strategy guides, school/IEP advocacy tools, or practical step-by-step plans tailored to your situation.
What if I want parent and personal support?
That’s completely fine. Many parents I work with are also managing their own neurodivergence, stress, or burnout. We can use our time to address both your parenting needs and your personal growth.
Who are these consultations for?
I work with two main groups:
Parents of teens and tweens who are facing challenges with school systems, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, or family stress.
Neurodivergent adults who want tools for executive functioning, boundaries, burnout management, or navigating relationships and daily life.
Feeling unsure choosing package?
Start with a 30-minute Q&A if you’re unsure. It’s a great entry point to share your concerns, get direction, and see if a longer consultation or multi-session package feels right for you.
Can I book a package later if I start with one session?
Yes. If you begin with a single consultation and decide you’d like a package, we can apply what you’ve already invested toward a larger package so you don’t lose momentum.
