Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in original condition
Items must not be used, washed, or altered
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (minus original shipping costs).
